When you create a candidate account, we collect what you give us to build your profile: name, contact details, resume/CV content, work history, skills, and location. When you create an employer account, we collect company details and the job listings you post. If you contact us through the Contact form, we store your name, email, and message.
Candidate and job data is used to compute match scores between candidates and job listings, to display your profile to employers you apply to (or who search for candidates), and to power features like the AI Career Coach and AI interview transcription. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and an anti-forgery (CSRF) cookie to protect forms from cross-site attacks. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Voice search and AI interview recording use your browser's built-in speech recognition and microphone/camera access, which only activate when you explicitly click to start them and only run in your browser — audio/video you record for an AI interview is uploaded to us as part of that application; nothing is captured without your action.
Candidate profiles are visible to employers whose jobs you apply to, or who find you through candidate search. Employer/company details are visible on public company pages. Your account email and password are never shown to other users.
You can review and update your profile at any time from your account settings, and you can permanently delete your account and associated data from the same page. If you'd like help with either, use the Contact page.
